NEXEN
Nexen's in-house safety training programme, 'By Choice', recently received external accreditation from the Institute of Leadership and Management enabling participants to receive an endorsed qualification and credits towards further education. CPD have been involved in delivering the 'By Choice' programme throughout 2013 and created the ILM endorsed qualification.

BLUEWATER
In November 2011 CPD were involved in rolling out Bluewater's Behavioural Safety Standards on the Akoa Mizu to everyone on board. This involved workshops and one to one coaching sessions for the Supervisors and Leadership team.

To follow up from this, in February 2013 CPD delivered Leading Safety three-day workshops to all the on and offshore Leadership team; and two-day Supervising Safety to all the Supervisors.

To imbed the skills and techniques taught on the workshops, CPD then went offshore to conduct one to one coaching sessions with all those who had been on the workshops. Whilst on board Anne also delivered one hour communication skills and intervention training workshops to the workforce.
